It's time to party, PENANGITES !!!

The party starts today as Penang holds its three-day celebration over George Town’s listing as a Unesco World Heritage Site.

Today (Sat), the Governor of Penang, Tun Abdul Rahman Abbas will make an official declaration on the world heritage status at the Esplanade at 8.30pm. The declaration will be followed by fireworks lighting up the promenade.

As a trully Penang 'knia', i'm definitely excited and proud that we have "own a piece of history" or should i say "living heritage".

WELL DONE GEORGE TOWN !!!
